Every good thing has its flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this vacuum going on 3.5 years and I still love it. I have bought several replacement parts over the past couple years but over all the vacuum runs great. The parts have some very cheap plastic in some areas but overall the vacuum runs like brand new after 3.5 years. None of the important parts have broke just some of the small plastic aesthetics. I would still buy this vacuum all over again

Don't expect to use on any carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, except, the carpet attachment is TERRIBLE. You can not push it in a forward direction. Bissell needs to sell a brush-free and smooth carpet / bottom attachment.

Floor Canister vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this vacuum for two years. It doesn't have good suctioning. My floors are ceramic titles and it doesn't pickup nothing. Very disappointed. The suction is not great no matter what attachment I use. If I could return it I will.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
