This vacuum is awesome for the price. I clean my laminate floors with it, and the suction is wonderful. It's lightweight, easy to empty, just a great little machine.

Worst vacuum ever. No succion. Scratches hardwood floor when not held in upright position. Really bad product. I had to repair a lot of scratches and now i do use the vacuum only on carpet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this for my laminate floor. The smaller Bissell (not sure of the name but it was shaped like a V) I had worked well but didn't last long as far as suction. So decided to get a larger vacuum. It works really well. Could use a longer cord and maybe easier rolling wheels because I have to hold the canister as I vacuum because it doesn't pull well. The only other complaint I have is it will not stand upright when stored. I do recommend this vacuum because the suction is great and you'd be surprised what you have on hard floors that you don't see!

Nice stuff, work really well, although plastic looks fragile. The extension for hard floor works well bu would be better if there was a little bit more space between the floor and the vacuum to allow bigger chunk to come in.

I definitely needs a longer cord, the spin brush works much better on carpets, love the way it picks up my dog's hair. First canister I owned, better than an upright to some extent, still upright vacuums pick up more dog hair.
I would recommend this to a friend!
