[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only have hardwood floors in my house and this vacuum does a great job. The hard floor tool does an excellent job because the soft bristles actually brush the floor instead of just suctioning the dust like a regular vacuum. The floor tool has rubber bumpers on all sides so I don't have to worry about damaging my walls and furniture. The canister is light and surprisingly quiet. Great suctioning power.

I really like the power. It feels like I'm really vaccuuming my house and that is perfectly clean. I would mention one problem though which is the "arm" that is a little bit too short. I can't imagine someone who is taller than me. I feel a bit of a backache after vacuuming.
