[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Hard Floor Expert on my hardwood and ceramic floors. The vacuum also does a great job on the mats using the floor nozzle in carpet position. One bathroom mat, which has a medium pile, is a bit difficult to vacuum but it still works well. The great things: The vacuum is POWERFUL and reasonably quiet. The operation of the turbine driven brushes of the hard floor tool depends on the position of the wand. Holding the wand within a certain degree range will operate the brushes. Outside that range, they stop turning, but the suction still continues. It is a simple and efficient way to stop or start the brushes and it only took a couple of minutes for me to get the knack of it. The plastic materials are of a much better quality than my previous vacuum (competitor's make) although part of the plastic guard on the hose right at the handle-I assume it is a kink protector- broke off after the third use. Hopefully it is not an indication of things to come. The holster for the crevice tool and dusting brush is staying securely in place, as are the tools which are also easy to remove and replace. The metal extension wand and the tools connect with tabs and notches, securely "clicking" into place. The handle is very sturdy and easy to hold. Removing and emptying the dirt cup is very easy. While there are a few steps involved that need to be learned in order to clean it and the filters, it really isn't complicated and almost everything can be either washed or wiped clean. The dirt cup filter is washable and dries very quickly and can be reused for some time. Minor inconvenience: The post motor filter does not appear to be washable and will need regular replacing. The not so great thing: The power cord is very short. Thankfully I have lots of outlets and I can just make it from the top of the staircase to the bottom before having to change outlets. Considering how powerful and well designed the vacuum is, this is a minor drawback.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing a rechargeable Dyson for the price this is certainly as good if not better and no waiting for a recharge part way through the vacuuming. Owned a Bissell carpet cleaner for years wonderful product as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great purchase! Powerful suction on both carpet and tiles. I just moved to a new place and needed a good vacuum cleaner. Had some issues placing the order (due to address change) but the customer support was very kind and took care of it. Shipping was super quick too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had it for a few days, but so far so good. Can't figure out why there's a red light that turns on sometimes, and it's not explained in the manual. Very easy to empty the waste canister. Good suction on hardwood floors for cat hair. Also used it on my curtains.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use to clean floors and rugs. I have three dogs it has good suction but it is heavy and doesn't flow over rugs very smooth. I should have tried the lift away.
