[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this , it was an upgrade to the Green Bissell and i like it very much , performing nicely- whole house hardwood with area rugs and it is small enough for me to lug around, more rugged, filter system so far I like allot more, they can get nasty quick the typical paper square louver style filter, they ruin the performance of machine , you have to replace often- , lets face it - hardword floors have dust and it adds up.....this filter sytem seems to be doing great, I have pets and the hair , the container capacity is much nicer, i don't have to empty as often. I have been a long time user of Bissell over the years , if i find something that works for me and has held up ....I stick with it. I ma glad i spent a little more money to get this next level up, its obvious.

Quietly, patiently, it seems not only to CLEAN the wood floors throughout my home, but also ..with the ultra tool for hardwood floors (#16020900), but also polishes them. Definitely a keeper; it has given me the best of gifts....Time!

The vacuum heads are easy to switch. The carpet suction is equally as amazing. One downside is that I wish the cord was a little longer.
