[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great suction on tile, wood & linoleum. Cord is way too short & I have to stop & find a new outlet twice in certain rooms. Canister isn't my favorite option to drag behind but I'll get used to it.

Internals issues after warranty ends

My vacuum cleaner stopped sucking due to an internal issue at the three year mark - conveniently right after the warranty ends. For an expensive vacuum cleaner DO NOT BUY. It's clunky, doesn't roll easily and has suction issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It really clings to the floor and ensures that all the first, crumbs, and whatever mess is there is gone. I decided to purchase the Bissell instead of the dyson and I couldn't be happier
