I would not buy this product

No power to it. does not pick up dog hair from carpet. Just rolls it into a ball, then i have to pull the hair from the carpet because the vacuum will not suck it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this on short notice. Lasted 3 months. A lot of money for poor quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Hard Floor Expert Canister Vacuum works awesome on my hardwood floors, better than any other vacuum I have used, the turbo feature is great. I also like the fact that it is light weight and very quiet. The rug attachment works good on my low pile throw rugs but not so well on the thicker bedroom rugs, but I was aware of that when I ordered.

Perhaps a new attachement to add (reintroduce) in the future? I love the vacuum cleaner, user friendly, lightweight, and silent ... for once!

I have a Sheltie dog (if you know, you know), and I needed something that would pick up the hair easily. The hair always gets stuck in the brush, the brush then stops turning...I constantin have to get the hair out. Again, overall it is good, but just not that so good for pet hair! #sweepstakes
