[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for my hardwood floors. Great suction, gets rid of all the dog hair. Wish it could be a bit less heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this vacuum for general cleaning (two young children who likes dropping food on the kitchen floor). The main console is surprisingly lightweight but the handle/telescopic wand is quite heavy but feels very durable. I would have preferred the power button to be on the handle instead of the canister and as well the power to be adjustable. I also found it odd that the exhaust comes out of the wheel instead of the rear but I believe by doing this, the canister can be made smaller and therefore lighter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this vacuum for hardwood and ceramic tile floors. It has good power/suction, cleans well, easy to use. Power cord is too short, wish it were 10+ ft longer. Have to unplug it too often. Auto Retraction of power cord is a nice feature but it is very strong and fast. It would cause serious injury if an arm or leg or pet got in the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my hardwood floors and it is excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there is a filter located in the wheel which is very hard to clean which means you need to purchase replacements. the filter in the top of the machine is easy to clean, I'd like the wheel one to be as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously used a heavy Hoover upright to clean my floors, which meant using Swifter floor sheets to get that clean feeling. My new Bissell is light and easy to use. I don't have to clean with Swifter sheets anymore. And the attachments let me clean corners and trim quick and easy. So light to carry when cleaning the stairs. One wish: two more feet of hose to clean ceiling cobwebs. Love this vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is well constructed. The attachments are just what is needed. As for the power, it's quite what I expected and a bit more. The canister type recipient is fantastic. I don't believe changing the filter as often as they recommend is absolutely necessary and that washing it instead is quite sufficient. The only downside I found it that the wheels and the unit don't spin as easily which makes the unit move around a bit more difficult, believe it or not.
