Stellar Steps in the right direction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Fold 7 as my main phone for 20 days, and it’s been a clear step up from my Fold 4. I rely heavily on my phone—for browsing, social media content, photos and videos, audiobooks, and video calls—and the Fold 7 has handled it all without missing a beat.
The battery life is dependable, lasting a full workday on a single charge, and fast charging feels quicker than before.
What really stands out, though, is the design. After three years with the Fold 4, the Fold 7 feels more refined—lighter, easier to hold, and more comfortable to use whether folded or unfolded. It’s familiar, yet noticeably better for long-term use.
I almost switched back to a traditional phone, but I’m glad I didn’t. The Fold 7 proves the foldable experience has finally matured—and it was worth the wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is truely a one of a kind with the big screen when opened. The split screen from 2 to 4 whole the big display is being used is very useful. Camera is good, but definitely not what the 25 Ultra had. I'm still getting adapted to the phone and features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This makes it easier for me to read. The older I get i need bigger screens.
Likes:
I like the display
The cameras are great.
I enjoy using the AI especially with the camera
Dislikes:
Swipe direction needs a calibration
As much as I enjoy AI I still would rather click something and ask for help not get a pop-up.
I bought the new phone due to vision problems but the large fonts still overlap.
I need to fi d a bigger case because the edges are not easy to hole and not hit the screen by accident.
Overall a good phone.
Maybe develope one with more senior citizens input.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, August 21, 2025
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Z Fold7, Bill! We're so happy to see that you appreciate the display and the camera features. We see that the swipe direction has been a bit challenging for you. We recommend checking for any software updates, as these can improve functionality and address any calibration concerns. Keeping your device updated ensures you’re getting the latest features and security enhancements, which can significantly enhance your overall experience. Regarding the large fonts and overlapping text, your feedback is invaluable. We're continuously working to optimize accessibility for users with vision challenges, and we appreciate your insight on this. Your suggestion about creating a device with more input from senior citizens is greatly appreciated. We believe that diverse user feedback helps us create better products for everyone. If you ever have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Best Galaxy phone yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start with how I use my Galaxy Fold 7 at home, when I'm out and at work. At home is great for watching any content from YouTube to Netflix or Prime, love the screen size and how it looks. Playing games is even better now with the big screen and the phone is super fast. When I'm out and about, it turns heads my way, love getting those reactions from strangers. The Galaxy AI feature is growing on me and I have used it a lot more times than I thought I would. From getting relevant information from a picture I see on the Internet to identifying bugs I've never knew existed, all by snapping a photo. At work has helped me write better emails, give relevant information on a subject I might not have all the details and how it summarizes anything to what's really important, in conclusion this is a winner!

Best phone I ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy G fold 7 is my second foldable after the 5. Although similar in a lot of respects, the 7 seems to be faster and of course much lighter and more comfortable in my hand. I've just begun using the Galaxy AI because I have little experience with AI in general but it the few times I've used it to actually punch up a document and using it with my wearables I've been very pleased with it and I'm going to continue learning more of its uses.
