Hold the fold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the feel of it, doesn't feel clunky and a smooth fold too. Fun to play games or work at times even. Just fold it to go through the documents and even to look at pictures. I chose it to try something new and exciting and it did not disappoint. I also like the fact it can stand up on its own.

Loved it until the update today. I cannot watch videos on it anymore because it turns off the screen every 15 seconds, which makes this phone completely garbage for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R, October 12, 2026
Hello DeLongK,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Galaxy Z Fold7. This device is designed to offer an immersive folding display, flexible multitasking, and powerful entertainment features. However, experiencing the screen turning off every 15 seconds while watching videos can certainly disrupt one of its main advantages.
To address this concern, you can check the settings by navigating to Settings > Display > Screen timeout to verify the current timeout setting. Additionally, enabling the “Keep screen on while viewing” option may help during longer viewing sessions.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for being a valued member of the Samsung family.

My z fold seven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my phone. Great camera takes beautiful pictures. Great for working as a tablet. When you fold unfold, it
Keeps my files and has pretty good speed. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they removed the capability of using a pin with it.

It's a well done base model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this the zfold7, mainly because I was curious about the folding series. It seemed like a good starting point, and that it was. The bigger screen and adaptive ai capabilities that come with the phone are a huge help with just everyday little things, as well as larger projects. I will say the biggest things I ran into issues with are, no stylus, and not really the best with 3rd party uses. The cases dont really protect that inner screen and there's no screen protector for it. As well. They limit the charger port size and make it difficult to use any basic charger without removing the case or slightly folding the phone open. Plus I think there should be a built in kick stand so you can prop the phone up, open or folded shut. Willing to sacrifice a little more thickness for that. Otherwise, the speeds and graphics of the phone are wonderful. I use it for gaming and art projects mostly. Being able to use bixby as well as the Google ai. The keyboard layouts are well put, and the cameras. Super fine details with amazing zoom. Though the power and volume buttons, not sure how to improve on those, just that their in difficult spots when it comes to the phone being opened up. Plus, constant accidental unlocks when just carrying my phone. Causing accidents with screen taps, app removals, random folders, etc. While all of that is in play, it does have a good sound/speaker system. Between movies, music, calls, meetings. What have you. It captures sound and keeps audio very clean.

Prefect size for my tiny hands
on October 9, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. I honestly am not that interested in the software being high quality or up to date, but I am grateful that this phone exceeds my standards.
I really think I chose this model because phones these days are too big in my opinion. With this phone closed I can reach all the way across the keyboard with one hand! That was really my biggest feature while shopping for a device. It's again an added bonus that the screen becomes soo big when opened!
Its perfect for ready Manga and webtoons on my Mobile device, which can only be cumbersome with a regular sized phone. I will not go back to a non foldable phone for these reasons!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how you made sure to use better and durable materials for the fold. Although I haven't tried high performance gaming; I'm loving the video streaming.
It has the perfect quality of a mobile entertainment system.
