[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this mow was delivered, the left blade was spinning backwards because it was not wired properly. It was a hassle finding the problem. Greenworks seems to have good products, but is very weak on support.
Bought this mower thinking it could tackle an acre (minus the area of the house) with no problems. So far, it takes a minimum of three charges to complete a half acre. When it completes charging at 100%, I unplug it, turn it on and it immediately says 71%. Where did the 29% go?
I thought this would be a good investment, but I was wrong. Because of the operating time, it takes me an entire weekend to mow my front and back yard. For the bit of time that it runs, it does fine.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a flat 2/3 of an acre lawn with normal grass I am mowing at the 3 inch setting and mowing regularly. I can mow 1/3 of an acre on one charge. I didn't expect to have to spend an entire day mowing allowing charging times. I have had this mower two weeks.

Hello RussJB. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. CrossoverT Riding Lawn Tractor with (2) 8.0 Ah, (2) 4.0 Ah batteries provides a run time of up to 1.25 Please be advised that runtime can vary depending on several factors. Runtime range can fluctuate depending on terrain, grass height, grass type, mulching, and operators’ technique etc. From March to September, it’s recommended that you mow your lawn every 7-10 days and more often if your lawn has been fertilized and frequently watered. Running the blades at Low speed can also extend runtime if needed. Also, remember that you can pop in a couple of fresh batteries if you need to go out and get that last tiny bit of mowing done. We hope the above information has been helpful. Should you have any further questions or warranty needs, contact us through chatbot on www.greenworkstools.com or call Greenworks Pro toll-free helpline 1-855-345-3934. We would like the opportunity to speak with you to see if we can find a solution.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instruction pamphlet has some things incorrect as on mower. Great so far. Have only used once. Charges fast which is great.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lawnmower itself works well so far, however GreenWorks sent me 1 dead battery. This makes me question their Qaulity Checks. I will come back to update review if there are other issues discovered in the next few months.
