I have used this for about 1 year and have no complaints. It cuts well and the batteries last for 1.5-3 acres depending on how much the grass has grown. I've also used this to tow some logs/firewood and had no problems. The rapid chargers are fast enough to fully charge a set of 6 batteries in the time that it takes me to deplete a second set of 6 batteries. It is very quiet and convenient to turn on/operate.
We have 5 acres that has been subjected to California wildfires every year and in 2017 fire did sweep over our place. Keeping the grass a short as possible is important to maintain a "defensible space". Using a push mower has taken dozens of sessions and is physically taxing. Getting this all electric riding mower has made the task enjoyable and at times even fun. It only takes a few days to do what before took many days. We charge the batteries with solar panels thus eliminating the fossil fuel cause of the climate driven wildfire storms. This riding mower has made our lives easier and safer.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective
Love this 80V Crossover Tractor. There is no way that a product could arrive damage. The packaging is met to keep it secure. Not being mechanically inclined I did run into problems with removing the bolts from the packaging. If the tool used to unfasten the bolt would be noted, I most likely would had less problems. Once the product was up and running the experience has been great. The tractor runs great. I am mad gardener and constantly moving heavy things ( above 15 pounds, now as I age) so I have not used the grass cutting features. I have had a GW lawmower for years I use to cut the little grass remaining on my property. I had a gas powered zero turn mower for a few years and every year same problems with delays and more money spent to repair/maintain the lawn tractor I really appreciate the GW lawn tractor with little maintenance and of course all the other pros; less air and noise polution, quieter, GW great reputation as innovators, ease of use. I may be using the wrong term but the turn radius is a disappointment after using a zero turn. But on the other hand I think the tractor actually feels safer maneuvering around obstacles because I don't try to drive too close to stone walls which then damages tires.
Purchased 3 months ago and couldn’t be better. No smell, loud noise or warming up period. I’ve mowed 3 acres on a full charge. I have additional batteries so I’m always ready to go immediately since the batteries charge within the hour.
Am pleased with my purchase and the performance of the mower. There are two items which in my opinion need attention. I find that my knees hit the steering column when mounting snd exiting. I think that and adjustable steering column would make this easier. I would also like to see a method where the grass discharge shoot could be raised while on the mower to allow better clearence through gates or fences. Overall, a B+
OK machine wih poor charging system and not comfortable for elderly
Pros: Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Powerful

I bought this recently and I'm very happy with it. It was very quiet to operate. It handles very well and the battery life is good. The charging was quick and easy. Overall, I'm glad to have purchased this riding lawn mower by greenworks!
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
We bought this last year and have been using it to mow grass low and high without any effort. We have a lot to mow around which makes having the zero turn action a breeze. If you are worried about enough mow time for you, the batteries recharge very quickly! I would strongly recommend it. Just hop on and go! A new way to mow. The rear hitch is a little higher than old yard mowers for towing equipment if you have some legacy things like lawn sweeper or lawn cart. Also the freewheel switches (two) are a little hard to work and access but I never need them because there is no exhaust getting into garage when I pull it in! It would be nice to have 12volt aux. power out or even an invertor option for that voltage.
