The product comes with good features and is very easy to use. It started giving transmission problems but was replaced by Brother even two months after the warranty had expired. Thanks for Brother Staff especially to Richard.

Convenient for copy, fax and print but disappointed it does not have color ink.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, based on the specifications, the Brother IntelliFax-2840 is not able to print or copy in color. Our products that are able to print in color have a C in the suffix. We also suggest you to check our Inkjets models.

I purchased this for my husband, whose ancient Brother FAX finally gave out. This one exceeded our expectations, from ease of setting it up (I'm 84 and no tekkie) to how user friendly and high quality its features are. Husband still in business, and during this pandemic, it has gotten lots of use. Thank you, Brother.

The print and scan works very fast, the fax works great and you don't need a second phone line. The only thing missing is WI-FI
