Hamilton Beach Food Processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have ever had a full sized food processor. This Worked well although I have some concerns! I have been able to prep foods in half the time and that is a definite plus. I have been on a mission to use it in a variety of ways. So with that being said..although it is lightweight and easy to use, I found there are some basic flaws. One big concern is that chopped food gets caught in the safety tube and it is almost impossible to get it out. Worried that long term use and the seemingly inability to completely clean this tube could lead to food contamination. The slicer works well...I sliced several things to make soup. I wish the slicer had an adjustable size mechanism. Some vegetables were too thin and fell apart during cooking. Food processed also processes unevenly in that there were always larger chunks in the bottom of the unit. It seemed as though the food in direct contact with the blades processed well but the rest on top and on the bottom did not circulate to process evenly. I found my self turning the unit on and off to manually stir what I was processing and even then was still left with larger chunks in the mix. Lack of circulation and the height of the blade actually made more work and took more time with some things like cabbage for slaw. I do like this processor for basic things however as an avid cook it seemed to have some design flaws that if corrected would make this a must have in the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product makes preparing food in the kitchen is amazing. If I had known how easy it was to use I would have purchased the product a long time ago. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a food processor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve returned a few food processors because of the frustration I feel when trying to assemble them. Zero frustration with this gem! It feels sturdy and I love the wide opening so I don’t have to chop produce before chopping it! Functional and well thought out- two of my favorite things. This item was provided to me to review and I’m grateful for that and it’s usefullness in my kitchen.

Great food processor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great food processor that does everything you could need a food processor to do. One of the best features is you don't have to align the grooves to get the processor to work like in the past. You just put the bowl on and it works in any position it is in. This is great for shredding, grating, dicing, slicing and other tasks like even making mayonnaise or making past dough. I love the bottom that clings to the counter so it isn't moving around everywhere while using it. Also has a nice wide mouth tube so you can drop larger items inside and don't have to cut everything up before using it. The bowl is large as well. You will end up using this food processor on an almost daily basis. Easy to clean too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came right on time and works very well. It is HUGE (12 cups) which is perfect for Thanksgiving cheese slicing and baby food making. The setup was so easy and I put it all together in about 10 seconds. Love how modern and sleek it looks. And it works very well! I used it to puree some fruit and it works better than my blender! No chunks and very smooth consistency. I barely needed to push down the ingredients as they all went in easily. Also, very easy to clean. I barely had to scrub. This may be my new favorite appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly this took me 20 min to figure out that it will not work without the food pusher. So read the instructions lol. I like the extra safety precautions, that it will not work until the lid is locked into place and the food pusher is in place. The cup is huge!!! Fits so much inside. It chops well and I like how it shreds, grates and even kneads dough. This food processor is strong and powerful. The cup does not need to be twisted and locked into place like my last one. I’m so excited to use this more and definitely experiment with dough. All necessary attachments are included. Would definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food processor is awesome! I have used it to make bread dough with the kneading attachment and it is so easy to use. It shreds cheese and cabbage super quickly without any mess or hassle. I have also pureed tomatoes in this for spaghetti sauce and it purees like a dream. This is a great food processor and I highly recommend it. It does the job of multiple different kitchen appliances all rolled into one.
