[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting to have a food processor cause I do cook a lot and mostly from scratch, instead of buying the ready to use/eat processed food. Finally get this Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Stack and Snack Food Processor! First thing I noticed when received the delivery was the outer box and the product box were torn. Luckily no parts were damaged. I read the instructions first, then quickly rinse all parts with light soppy water. Parts dried very quickly, too! Though I am completely new to food processor but this machine is easy to use and honestly quite powerful! I have tried chopping, slicing and shredding and were quite happy with the result in general. I like the safety lock design from the lid and the easy fingers slid in to place the slice (or flip over for shredder) blade with a square middle design to sit on the top! Easy cleaning but do need to pay attention to angle corners! I learned that many people praise their food processor lasts for years. I am so looking forward to explore more recipes (including the plastic dough blade) which I was hesitant in the past due to all the cutting, slicing and shredding... with this Hamilton 12C Food Processor! Should have bought it much earlier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach 12C Stack & Snap Food Processor is such an incredible addition to any kitchen. One of the many awesome features of this machine is that it's easy to assemble and use.
The 12-cup bowl snaps onto a base, then on top of that you snap on the processing tool you want to use (depending on what you desire - shredded cheese, chopped veggies, etc.) - dough blade, or the chopping blade, or the slicing/shredding disk (one side is the slicer and the other side of the disc is the shredder).
Then you snap on the lid. The machine gives you various buttons to use that correspond with the blade or disc you chose: SLICE/SHRED, PUREE/KNEAD, PULSE TO CHOP.
I used the SHRED side of the disc and the SLICE/SHRED button to shred parmesan cheese. I cut up the cheese into cubes (which makes it much better to shred than just a large chunk of cheese). I put the cubes in the 'food chute' at the top of the machine.
After I pressed the SLICE/SHRED button, I had the shredded cheese I wanted in under 30 seconds.
Not only is this machine easy and quick, but it is also quite compact but that certainly in no way affected its excellent performance. It works just as well as larger, more expensive machines. What a fantastic food processor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this appliance almost every time I cook! It’s awesome, high powered, well made! I’m really happy with it! I’ve made smoothies, whisked, chopped! This is the largest bowl I've ever seen on a food processor and it's wonderful. Love the simplicity in design. This is an great addition to my kitchen tools.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to used this Process for everything. I used this to make my Carrot salad, it grated the carrots and Apples for the Salad great. I can make my piecrust for Christmastime in the processer. I will use it to make apples slices for dry apples to save.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very powerful, I made pesto and it pulsed everything in literally 5 secs. This will come in handy for the holiday's. The snap down lid on the sides can be a little tricky but it takes a little finagling.
Price is right for an easy to use large capacity p

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked two recipes which would benefit from a food processor- baba ganoush and macaroni and cheese. For the eggplant dip I tried the puree button and the resulting ingredients were smooth. The shred and slice attachment I used for two blocks of cheese. The shred side attachment especially did a good job and I had a nicely shredded cheese for the sauce part of the macaroni and cheese recipe. Overall having a larger processor gave me motivation to make some good homemade food!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this food processor to make salsa and it was great! Different settings allowed for chunky or more smooth salsa. It’s not too loud, and the size isn’t too big to store in a smaller kitchen. It’s easy to clean. Overall, a nice processor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Hamilton Beach 12C Stack and Snap Food Processor and I absolutely love it! It’s very easy to use! Love using it to chop up my vegetables for making salsa and sauces. It’s easy to clean up and store! I highly recommend this product.
