[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the sleek look and design of this product. However, you have to really push down hard in order for the food product you have to stay down. All other buttons work great as well as the temperature dial.

This appliance allows you to adjust toasting time and has a cancel bottom. The removable crumb tray is a bonus and easy to clean. We are really enjoying this toaster and I highly recommend trying it out!
