Slots won’t stay down when I push them down according to instructions
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A liable toaster!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a simple toaster, lightweight, toasts evenly and affordable than my other Oster toaster. It is also easy to use with multiple heat levels. The toaster does the job well in about two minutes. It has done exactly as you would like. Very pleased with this toaster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toaster not only because it does a wonderful job toasting but because it also looks sleek and beautiful on my countertop. With 7 shade settings (browning control), you can customize to your favorite “toastiness” and its wide slots fit even the thickest breads or bagels! The high lift levers raises up high enough for the easiest removal without getting stuck or burning fingers and the crumb tray is able to be removed for easy cleaning. My favorite feature of this toaster, though, is the reheat option that is a 30-second toasting cycle to reheat your toasted foods without making them soggy, like they can get being reheated in the microwave. Great brand and great quality product for sure!

Compact and Effective
