Instruction Manual Needs Help!

I was really looking forward to using this product. The instruction manual is written so that there are lots of drawings of the product but not enough text to support the drawings. I have lots of technology in my house and am easily able to set up computers, TVs, Disc Players, etc., but I simply could not set up this product. I am sad to return it. I have other Phillips products and will continue to buy from them, but hope that someone on your team can simplify the set up for this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great except for one thing

I love this product for the most part except for one thing. The time display is so small and not bright enough to read at night. I really wish Philips would improve this.

Up front, star off for the design. It kept rolling off my night stand with the slightest nudge because the base is so narrow, and since I had a lofted bed, it fell 6 feet.
Other than that, love the product. My sleep habits improved immensely while I was using this. Wish they would fix the shape so that it didn't roll over so easily. I'm amazed it kept working with the amount of times it rolled off of things.

I have been curious about a wake-up light for a long time and am very happy I finally received one as a Christmas gift. I like the gradual wake-up light. It allows me to slowly wake and I am ready to wake by the time the birds start chirping (you can opt for whatever wake up sound/radio station you like). At first I was concerned that my husband may not like waking to it, but he has ditched his phone alarm. Even when I get up at a different time, he is not bothered by it. I like that you can customize the settings - light brightness, alarm volume, etc. I no longer use my smartphone alarm, so my phone now stays in another room overnight - which helps me avoid wasting time scrolling the news while in bed. I now start my day on the right foot. I highly recommend for these dark winter months.

Voilà au moins 2 ans que je l ai acheté pour mon fils qui était impossible a reveiller, peu importe la sonnerie. Le reveil en douceur de la lumiere semble mieux fonctionner sur lui.

Je viens tout juste de recevoir ma lampe-réveil que je suis déjà emballée après 2 nuits! Très facile d'utilisation. Le guide d'instruction est simple, clair et précis. J'aime c'est fonctionnalités et il est plaisant à utiliser. J'aime l'effet de la lumière et il me semble de bonne qualité. J'aurais aimé avoir un peu plus de choix de sonnerie pour le réveil, mais tout le reste est super!
