Terrible user interface

The features and usability of this product is awful. Programming information is lost during power outage. Very difficult to program. Buttons are poorly labelled and difficult to activate.

Inaccurate timekeeping

I've owned my clock for about two years and I haven't yet had any issues with the reliability of the light or the alarm--instead, the clock itself keeps poor time! The clock is slightly slow and I need to adjust it every few weeks if I want it to be accurate. I don't remember exactly when I noticed this issue but it was definitely before a year had passed. The idea of a digital clock that can't keep accurate time is ridiculous to me, especially one as expensive as this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this alarm clock. I’ve had it for a few years and it works really well. Waking up is so much easier with gentle light and bird sounds! I also really love that it doesn’t require an app or account.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this sunrise clock. It works so well I'm waking before the "sun" has completely risen. I love the gentle way it wakes me, instead of a blaring alarm. The nature sounds are wonderful although there needs to be a longer cycle, I heard the same bird over and over in a few mins. So much so that I switched to the ocean because the bird was annoying. I do wish the clock was a little easier to set, going through each option anytime I need to change an alarm is a nuisance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waking up to light helps but may need to get something larger and/or one that has ability to turn on for longer period of time.
A bit difficult to turn off alarm after initial setup (I don't wear hearing aids at night so don't want it turned up very loud that interrupts people and pets. I also have sleep apnea and Major Depression so with no sound due to lack of hearing while sleeping and wearing CPAP, waking up is hard.

This alarm clock has changed my life. I am someone who hits snooze for an hour or more on my phone alarm, but this clock I’m usually up before the sounds even go off because of the bright light. It’s incredibly easy to use - I set it up without having to reference the manual one.

Génial à part le fait qu'il s'est arrêté du jour au lendemain après 3 ans (?)... C'est le réveil le plus cher que j'ai acheté et celui qui a duré le moins longtemps... Qualité Philips laisse à désirer il semble... De plus, l'absence de batterie est assez ordinaire (pour rester poli)... Mais le temps qu'il a fonctionné, je l'ai trouvé assez génial pour en racheter un autre...
