Makes winter mornings easier!

I bought the light to help with waking up on dark winter mornings,and it really does! The product works flawlessly and was very easy to setup and use. I bought it for the light but the radio has good sound and so I’m using that as well. Happy I bought it and definitely recommend it if the lack of sunlight in winter makes it hard for you to get going in the morning.
Pros: easy to use, makes waking much easier

Very sad that it stopped working...

I do believe this lamp made waking up much easier. The quality of the light and sound is pretty good.
Unfortunately, it stopped working just after two and a half years (it started with problems with the buttons not responding well... now it just won't go on).
Considering the price of this wake-up light... it should last longer.

Pros: nice light and sound quality, does make waking up easier, like the sunset simulation function
Cons: not durable, price, can't turn off the display light completely

Works as described, design is very attractive, looks very nice on nightstand. Only real complaint is that it is extremely difficult to locate the on/off switch in the dark. Lots of ways to customize light settings and timers. Can be used as a reading light too. The light on clock display can be dimmed VERY low.
Pros: modern soothing shape wakes me up very naturally
Cons: on off switch for light hard to locate in dark

Does the job but not easily

This product is very difficult to use and set up. It took me two calls to customer support and three you tube videos to learn how this thing works. Finally, when it is all set up and working, it is difficult to see how to turn on and off when waking up. The buttons are small and impossible to see from laying in bed. Once you turn off the alarm in the morning it has to be re set or it won’t go off the next day. The nature sounds need to be more diverse.
The light function works great and serves its purpose, but you have to EARN IT with all the hoops you have to go through to get it to work.
Pros: great wake up light function gradually lights
Cons: clunky controls are hard to see, alarm does not re set itself, clumsy design allows machine to tip over easily, customer support has limited knowledge of product

Wish it was supported by an app

works fine but difficult to set all of the options. Philips has a fine app for their Hue products, but this is not a Hue apparently. We change our wakeup and go to sleep times frequently, and the on-device menus are not at all efficient (particularly at midnight). A cell phone app would be so much better.

Wonderful peaceful way to wake up for work

The light is bright enough to wake me up even in a deep sleep. It is almost pink which makes me calmly wake up. The music is also very calming. My only negative is that the set up and features are really complicated and not user friendly. I love this product!!!
