Needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the idea of this product, safety and air quality all in one! My hopes were a little too high unfortunately. I was super excited to try this but then I got in there and realized, you have to pay for the subscription to get all the information in the app. Imagine if you paid full price for this and then had that issue. Great idea but poorly executed! Minus two stars for that alone. It is great if you are wanting to monitor things while you are away though.

Sleek and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carbon monoxide alarm is quick and easy to setup by plugging it into a wall socket with backup batteries. It’s smaller than the ceiling kind and looks sleek. It’s great that it connects to WiFi and app or Google home, so you can check while traveling. I feel safer with this alarm.

Smart safety device with modern features and easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Kidde Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm for a little while now, and I am really happy with it. The installation was quick and easy — I just plugged in, added a backup batteries, and followed an app instruction. Everything was up and running in minutes. The app is easy to use and gives me peace of mind by sending alerts and updates right to my phone. I also like to be able checking my home’s air quality. Overall, it is smart safety device that makes monitoring my home much easier. If you are looking for a carbon monoxide alarm with modern features and easy set up process, it’s a great choice.

Good but need to pay to unlock features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carbon monoxide detector was a breeze to install, just download the app and plug it in. The app is easy to navigate and I appreciate that it includes the temperature and humidity readings for the room. What I don’t love is that to access more in-depth data you have to pay to subscribe to the app, to unlock all of the features. NO ONE WANTS TO PAY FOR MORE SUBSCRIPTIONS. This detector is already pretty pricy, compares to other models, so it’s a bit disheartening that i need to pay even more to have access to all of the data it collects. I will say that I do appreciate having the app when I am on vacation as it is one less thing I need to worry about.

Worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device tracks carbon monoxide, humidity, and air quality then all the data is synced to your phone through an app. So worth it. I followed the suggested area on the box and put it in the hallway between the bathroom and bedroom. Just plugs into the outlet.

Small and discreet

This product is great it’s a trusted company that produces high quality products. It’s small and lightweight enough to make it discreet in the house. Easy to install and use in the app. So far it has been running smoothly and doesn’t require much maintenance. I like that the product is made to withstand kids and its kid proof.
