Best home upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a solid upgrade over my traditional smoke detector. Setup was straightforward and integration with ring app was seamless. As soon as the setup was complete I started getting notifications. It’s dependable, has solid built quality and is a must have for a smart home.

Super easy install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying that the install on this product was very easy. It went up quickly and it actually took more time to set up the app than it did to install the smoke detector. Had a bit of a hiccup with the Wi-Fi, but that was more my not being able to remember a password than it being hard to connect the Wi-Fi and the detector.
There are a couple of things that I'm not sure about with the app since we are new to the Ring family, but that could also be I'm still getting used to it. The hyper local comments threw me off at first...
But, back to the smoke detector, one of the things that we are most excited about is that this is both a smoke and a CO2 detector and where we put it is one of the places that we're most likely to see a CO2 issue. Based on some of the other alerts that I've seen, I know if there is an issue it will show up on my phone. So good product, easy install, and something I'm glad to have where it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just upgraded to kidde smoke and carbon monoxide alarm with ring alert gives me peace of mind. it’s super easy to set up, no wires needed. Plus, the design is sleek and blends right in. what really stands out, how reliable and fast the notifications are. it also comes with two batteries. at the end of the day, this is not another gadget. something genuinely helps to protect your home. and the people in it.

A great update

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had a model of Kidde detector without smart home features so the mounting bracket fit perfectly, and I didn’t have to make any changes to it. The detector was easy to set up. It works with my smart home and I had no problems with it. The app is also easy to use and understand this detector can sense both CO and smoke. My smart home sends alerts directly to my phone and I feel more confident. I definitely need this feature for my iron lol. The not so good thing about this model is that it only uses batteries. The detector doesn’t have the option to block it into a power outlet :(.

Vitally important to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both grew up with fathers who instilled safety into us. As Fire Chiefs, they knew how vitally important it is to have smoke detectors and CO2 detectors. Our CO2 detectors actually just died, so it was the perfect time for me to install this new one. So easy to install, I didn’t even have to ask my husband for help! All I needed was a screwdriver. Ours is in the kitchen since that is most likely where carbon monoxide would leak.
I love that it connects with the Ring app, but we probably won’t be using that feature and leave it on a manual setting. Gives us a real sense of safety in our home!

A simple to install, quality smoke and CO alarm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kidde Smoke and CO alarm was very easy to install and set up. It only took a few minutes from start to finish. The app seems to work well and it indicates clear to show everything is fine and there are no concerns. It also says on the box that it works with Alexa but I haven’t tried this yet. This worked out well as we had been looking to replace our old alarm and I was lucky enough to be offered this quality alarm in exchange for my honest review. I would definitely recommend this product for its simplicity to assemble and straightforward instructions.

Easy to use and very Efficient
