Great product!

Overall is great, I like that it allows you to see if your door is open or closed through the app. The app is very easy to use. There are a couple things that made me give it 4 instead of 5 starts. First, the installation can be tricky. Second, the key pad is a little too sensitive. So if you have wider fingers, it might not be for you.

I am the person that’s always carrying a million things with me when I get out of the car so being able to use my apple watch with the turn of a wrist to unlock my door is a game changer. It’s so much easier to be able to lock and un-lock the door without hassling to find a key. I also love that I can check and make sure I locked my front door from my
phone, no matter where I am. Helps my OCD big time!

Easy install and setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart lock is super easy to install and then program. I found that the interface is intuitive and had no issues setting up door codes. This is so great for people like me who love to go on a walk without carrying anything, or occasionally forgets their keys!

I told my boyfriend I might need his help with installation but I was able to do it myself! I love I can make sure my doors are locked at all times, even when I'm at work and can't remember if I locked the door when I left home ! Great product

Highly recommend this smart lock

It’s simple to install and so easy to operate using the app. We’ve been wanting to try a key-free lock for quite some time and we could not be happier. And we can remove our clunky lockbox from in front of our house. I feel safe and empowered knowing I can simply check the status of lock using my phone.

I was really excited to get this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this from influenster and i was soooo excited to get it. My fiance and i just bought a house and were in the talks of getting a smart lock before they even sent me one so i was super stoked. Installation was on in terms of the physical installation. I rate this 3 stars because the lock and app have a long way to go in my opinion. It took 1.5 hours just synching up the app to the lock alone! It wouldnt connect to wifi and when it did it would disconnect like 30 seconds later. Its finally now connected on my wifi and working but i entered the passcode on the lock and it NEVER works. Regardless what i do. I followed instructions and have it set up in the app with the code and all but it wont accept it. So being that, i need to unlock from my app which personally takes forever to load. I think once the kinks are worked out it could be pretty amazing.
