I can’t go back to a regular lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is so simple, yet has the functionality and safety of a regular deadbolt lock. It’s so nice to be able to leave the house carrying a toddler and bag and only push a button instead of carrying and using a key to lock while juggling everything else. It provides peace of mind that I can no longer be locked out of my house if I lost or left my keys inside. The Apple Watch compatibility is also so handy!

So easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in somewhat of a rural town, but have family that comes over often, and everyone just lets themself in. Previously we just made everyone keys, but that is a lot of work and keeping track of keys is a joke. I love that with the Yale - Assure Lock 2, Key-Free Touchscreen Lock with Wi-Fi in Satin Nickel allows me to give app access or keypad access to my Mom, my Nieces, my Brother In Law or as many guests as I want. I don’t have to worry when I go out of town, my brother can swing by and feed the cats for us without worrying about a key. My Mom can run by and grab the things I forgot to bring to soccer practice and I don’t have to worry about meeting up first.
The Yale - Assure Lock 2 connected effortlessly to our Wi-Fi and I can also control it with my other smart home devices. The lock itself is very sleek and has a nice deign in Satin Nickel, as you can see my lower handle is still gold but that came with the house and will be changing to match soon. I have an older style keypad door lock on our rear door and now I definitely want to update it to match too.
In our area you can give delivery drivers an access code to set your packages inside, this would work great for that feature, but I am still warming up to the idea of giving someone access to my home. The app gives you so many options to customize your home security. It shows you what codes have been used for entry so you know whose home, you can check the status of the door, whether it is open or closed, you can also lock and unlock it right from the app. No more worrying if I locked the door, I could check from the app and lock it if needed. It auto-locks after we shut the door, which is great for tired, forgetful people. If you have ever locked yourself out of your vehicle or house, then you know how frustrating it can be. One simple way to make life a little easier.

Makes life easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock! There are so many awesome features like the Auto Unlock when I get home and having the ability to set a guess code. We replaced and older deadbolt and this has been a night and day difference. We were lucky enough to receive it free from Influenster and Yale to try. It also looks amazing! Pretty dang easy to install with helpful installation videos.

Amazing product

When unboxing the lock and going through the provided accessories for installation, you can tell that its a quality made product. After briefly looking through the instructions I was truly impressed. I don't think I've ever had a product that made installation as clear and precise as this lock. Scan the code on your phone and download the app. Once installation is complete then your life is easier!

Awesome product for your home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging and details to set up the Yale Assure Lock 2 Key-Free product was very user friendly. The only downside for me was after downloading the app I was unable to set up multiple passcodes for each person in the house. It’s not a big deal, but it kept re routing me to set up the Bluetooth even though it’s a wifi product. So, I’m currently not able to unlock the door from my phone but I plan to do a master reset which should prompt it to work. I could also see it being a slight issue if I had multiple random people entering the house, but not a huge inconvenience. It’s very sleek and easy to enter / lock. We have all age groups in the house from kids to grandparents and everyone uses it with ease. Would highly recommend for families who have multiple people in the house or I could see this being set up at a vacation rental home. I also have a concern with how long the battery lasts since it requires 4 AA’s instead of it being rechargeable. Hopefully I don’t have to replace it too often. Extra nice for those days you being groceries or have too many bags to bring in. Overall I’m really happy with the product and love that we have a key free way of getting in the house.

Cut but wish it didnt have Alexa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I didn't install this, as Alexa is not welcome in our home. HOWEVER there is a Bluetooth only option that does not include Alexa. In theory, this would be a great device! It's a beautiful piece and the installation qr code was so helpful! Setup seemed simple enough.
