Hard to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device was very hard to install. We had to rig it a bit. Once we got it rigged we were easily able to sync the device to the app and get online. We know love the device but did want to mention we had difficulty installing it.

Best digital lock

Functionality wise it’s much better than the big brand lock I had. Love the Bluetooth capability so you can control from your phone and let guests in with unique codes!

Would hope the motor could calibrate to different bolt length. Not all deadbolt pocket in the jam is 1 inch deep.

I think the lock is great overall and I mainly have one qualm with the product. I don’t think it is intuitive for someone to figure out how to get the keypad to display. Other than that this is a great lock!
