Outstanding purchase. I've tried different meats, rotisserie chicken, small game birds, fish and vegetables with excellent results. Easy to control temperatures, Sear stations work perfectly. Also surprisingly easy to clean, with soap, water and a sponge. Still exploring its capabilities, but thus far, I am completely satisfied.

This grill is by far the best grill I’ve ever owned! This grill has interior grill lights for those late evening BBQ’s and the burner knobs also light up blue when off and turn red when on! The side sear sear burner is top notch and I love that it has a stainless grate rather than a cast iron. This grill will last a long time. I absolutely love it!!

Well built, but not as even as I had hoped

I had been using an old 4-burner grill for the past 22 years, but it was really starting to show its age, with a corroded firebox and just generally very tired. One reason that I kept it so long was that it was incredibly even. Every grill I ever used at work, rental properties and friend's places was terrible in comparison.
The Prestige Pro was my top contender, as it had a similar layout to the old grill, good reviews, and I hoped it would have similar performance. It also has added features I had always wanted, such as the rotisserie. I bought the Prestige Pro 500 RSIB around Christmas and have been using it for several months. Here are my likes and dislikes:

Likes:
I love the looks and build quality, with stainless and cast aluminum. The stainless drip tray and foil covers will last much longer than the galvanized one in my old grill, which needed frequent replacement.

I love the storage under the grill and the shelves are great for accessories. This area is also more closed off which will hopefully help keep rodents out.
I like the stainless grids and the uninterrupted bars are easy to clean in comparison the enameled cast iron on my old unit, which had bridged connections between the bars in the grid, making cleaning harder.
I like the controls and easy starting.
Even though the wheels are often maligned for being cheap, they have a feature that pushes the gas hose out of the way and prevents them from jamming as I roll the grill back.
I like that there are many accessories made for the Napoleon products, such as smoker box, rotisseries basket etc.
I had a couple minor issues and Napoleon's support was very responsive.
I love that it's made in Canada, or at least mostly made in Canada.
Dislikes:
The cooking is significantly less even than my old beast. I assumed 20+ years of added experience would allow Napoleon to at least match an ancient grill. There are hot spots on both side edges, and both cold and hot areas across the surface. I find I am moving food around much more. On my 22 year old grill, I could start cooking chicken wings, and confidently drive to the store for something without worrying about a flare-up. I think those days are over.

Compared to my old grill, the upper rack is lower and often makes it hard to reach things further back, but there's also less room above the rack for warming hamburger buns.
Food tends to stick to the stainless grids more than the enameled cast iron on my old grill, but maybe they will season-in. Also, the grid spacing is slightly larger, making it easier for small wings or veggies to fall through.
While it's not really a dislike, I thing the Napoleon logo projected on the ground is silly and I wish I could turn it off permanently.
The bottom line is, maybe I should have waited for the upcoming re-design of the Prestige Pro. Hopefully they have improved things. That's for someone else to find out.

Side burner is awesome, steaks never tasted better. Main grill is very even heat, beautiful grill. Will have to adjust doors, but they are soft close.
