Outstanding is the best way to describe my Prestige PRO 500. It is the best BBQ I have owned and I have owned some of the so called best and nothing compares to the quality and service of Napoleon. Five years lots of cooking in all seasons and this BBQ still looks new.

Great grill. I just started using it, but i really like it so far. Seems to be high quality. I would hope so for what I paid for it.
I am not sure I love the grease trap design as I had a different one int he past. TBD on my opinion about that.

This BBQ is extremely well made. From top to bottom, inside and out the attention to quality detail is amazing. The searing element took a little getting used to but I can see myself using it regularly. I’ve used everything now. Did a rotisserie chicken. The motor, the spit and back burner are top notch. The grills get very hot and are a pleasure to cook on. I’ve even lit only one burner to cook a hot dog on.
I am beyond happily with my decision to purchase a Napoleon Prestige Pro BBQ. I highly recommend.

High Quality Grill

Bought this with the intention of having a grill to last the next 10+ years. The build quality of the grill certainly suggests it will last, and it has great features (rotisserie, infrared side burner, rear burner) that will allow me to utilize this grill as a workhorse. I grabbed a few accessories (rotisserie grill basket, stainless steel griddle) that has really allowed me to put this to the test. Been grilling on it the past few weeks and it has not disappointed!
