I bought this pro500rsib grill about 5yrs. Its been like a tank, never failing to please me. I love the features, like the sear station, which i use the most. The rotisserie is great, and i can use the smoker tube to add a little smoke to whatever i'm grilling. I don't hesitate to recommend Napoleon to anyone. i will buy one again.

I've had my grill for almost 2 years now and I love it. Absolutely love cooking with the rotisserie. I never realized how easy it is to make delicious meals this way. The only thing I find myself looking for on this model is a grill surface light but my grill is in a dark spot.

The pro500 is a very very good bbq larghe enough for many people, perfect for cooking any food, easy to use, to clean, and great is the rear burner for the rotisserie.
Only defect in my opinion are, the two small cleats of rubber on the lid came off after a while, the frame of thermometer after one year begins to be corroded somewhere, and the gas knobs should be assembled a little better, but these defectes do not move my impression that this is the best bbq I have ever had.

I bought it in August of last year, so far so good. IT has been performing time and time again. Whether Im grilling steak, chicken, vegetables or even using it as an oven, this unit works flawlessly. The build and construction are superb and the fit and finish is great! The infrared burners are a huge deal, I can't believe I had to cook without them before. The rotisserie is also a good feature when cooking a whole chicken. The grates are holding up nicely and the burners always ignite on the first try. The LED lights and the ice bucket and bottle opener are a neat feature as well.

We bought the bbq a little under a year ago, and we are so happy with it. We opted to build it ourselves and it was quite easy, yet still very sturdy. Everything works perfectly and it has really enhanced our outdoor grilling experience.
