Worst assembly instruction ever !

The grill itself seems quite nice and the quality seems to be there ; however , the instructions were horrible ! Absolutely disgusting. No words , poorly laid out . The contrasting grey on grey pictures are barely legible. The instructions are a joke ! The grill itself seems to be of high quality but why they can’t provide you with clear easy to read instructions is beyond me . At the time , I was ready to return the grill . It’s simply not worth the hours I wasted putting it together . The Weber was way easier to assemble . Napoleon gets a big fat “ F “ ! Put the same effort in to creating clear , legible and easy to understand instructions as you do with you grills .

Maybe a Great Grill, Incomprehensible Assembly Instructions

This might be an amazing grill if I can ever assemble it. The parts have no labels, the instructions have no words, and are unhelpful drawings are nearly illegible they are so lightly printed. I'm not stupid, my eyesight is good, and I have assembled many other items from instructions. The video Napoleon offers up is the worst I've seen. They move fast, don't say what they're doing, it's badly lit and doesn't focus on the bits that would be difficult to accomplish. Next to useless. For all this money, it's an outrage that they provide so little support for assembly. Wishing I'd gone another direction. Hopefully the grill, if I ever get it together, will make up for this terrible support. Maybe the videos on add-ons I bought, like the rotisseries, will be better, but I'm pesimistic.

Best Grill I've Ever Used!

I'm so glad I upgraded to this model - it's an amazing piece of cooking equipment, and it looks great on my deck. From the infrared side burner and rotisserie burner, to the interior lights (both in the grill area and storage area), and the high quality feel of the metal, you won't be disappointed.
I've grilled some amazing steaks using the side burner, and with the smoker box I purchased, I've smoked ribs multiple times as well with ease! The grill does a great job of maintaining the temperature.
I also really like the soft close doors, it's a nice touch for someone like me who has a bad habit of slamming cabinet doors. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you buy this grill, you need to run an electric cable to it in order to use some of the features - they don't tell you this really anywhere (except for the manual). This is one of those things you really should know about before you buy it.
Overall, extremely happy with this product and their line of accessories. Also, great customer service via Instagram specifically! They respond very quickly to my questions.
