Overall a nice grill. Wheels are cheap and one keeps bending. One of the knobs came off and is now missing a piece that keeps it firmly in place.

Owned a Napoleon Prestige 500 for over 15 years and was very happy with it. The new Prestige Pro is a great upgrade. Thankful that we no longer use an igniter “button”, ignition at the dial is fabulous. We know that the interior lights are going to be really great when the days get shorter and the evening comes earlier. So far, so good. Highly recommend purchasing the drip tray liners, something we didn’t know was available until now - one of us really wishes they had been available for purchase 15 years ago. Oh, and the light show… very entertaining for the easily entertained.
Very solidly built, heavy construction. Fires up immediately. Large, stainless steel cooking grates retain heat. Ceramic burners provide searing consistent heat. This is a beautiful grill.
I love the quality of the Prestige PRO 500! From the stainless construction, to the rotisserie, the interior light, control knob lights, the signature Napoleon logo light, propane tank sliding caddie, and self closing doors it's in a class of its' own! With all these great features, it was the grease management tray that's accessible from the front with its' disposable aluminum foil liner that sold me on this grill. My only complaint is the small & what feels cheaply made wheels it comes with. Napoleon should have put the upgraded, larger Heavy Duty wheels on this grill like it did on the new updated version of the Prestige line of grills. I have very minor differences in height between a few adjacent deck boards, and the supplied wheels can't make it over the height difference w/o lifting the ends of the grill by the sear arm & bucket/cutting board arm. It is noted on several YouTube videos that these wheels break easily & I can see why.
Excellent BBQ, fast heating lots of useful features; back IR burner, rotisserie, stainless steel thick grilling surface, lighted knobs, large storage space, built in lights. The semi-useless features I wish were optional: side IR burner for searing, yes it can sear but an excellent cast iron griddle from Napoleon is far better, and using it for boiling or side cooking is poor excuse, on the opposite side the bucket for not sure what purpose. I wish 665 model without the side shelves were available so the overall space would be better optimized.
The directions for putting together not very clear, all of the nuts and screws etc were in 1 bag. However once together it has been great to cook on rotisserie chickens YUM! Seared burgers double YUM
