First Napoleon grill, no surprises, built as advertised, lighting exceeds expectations. Cabinet shelving support had to be replaced, customer support was excellent, shipped new part quickly. Found small amount of grease in the bottom of the grill cabinet after a few uses, checked grease trays, will continue to monitor. Searching for a more thorough cookbook, on a sharp learning curve with this grill.

Great Customer Service!!! My new grill arrived with a crack in the hood. David from customer service hooked me up quickly with a replacement after a few emails and pictures. My grill now looks great. It took awhile to assemble and narrative to go with pictures would have been nice. I'm grillin and chillin now and look forward to many years of use.
