I purchased my first napoleon grill 18 years ago. Just this year the igniter has started to act up. I was so impressed with the prestage 450 that I purchased a pro 500 built in model 3 years ago for another property that I own.
This year we finally decided to up grade are old 450 prestage with a new pro 500 grill.
These grills are amazing. They are built to last. Lots of nice features as well.
