Day one: Rotisserie Chicken - Could not have gone better. IR back burner just over 65% - some dry rub, herbed butter and a couple of hours. Gravy reduced on IR side burner in so time at all. Perfect Sunday dinner.
poweful, well built and the sear burner is just the best thing for steaks. Love the lights too. Now, if you could personalize the "napoleon light" it would make a perfect gift for someone's special occasion.
Very nice grill. Heats up fast to get nice initial sear on meat. Plenty of space. I love the side infrared burner. Sometimes I only use the infrared burner to make steak and shrimp. Two problems I have with grill.
1. Infrared burner surface started to get cakey and turned to powdery when I tried cleaning within the first year. Customer service was great. Sent me a new burner.
2. Wheels on the grill are BAD. Hard to roll. Sometimes I have to move grill close to house when we get high winds. Hard to move, the small flimsy wheels get stuck on ANY obstruction. The only solution from Napoleon is to buy upgraded caster wheels. Had dealer assemble grill. Had to use wooden planks to roll to patio. No way the wheels will roll over grass.
