I have owned this grill for 5 years now. It is amazing. Get this grill and a wireless thermometer and prepare to have the best meats you have ever eaten. Granted, you need to buy high quality meat, but this thing basically makes any novice chef look like a pro!

In a word this grill is quality! Everything is solid. Loaded with Premium features. The first time I heated it up I found out it gets hot! Was up past 600 degrees in about 10 minutes. The rotisserie is an awesome included accessory. The side sear burner is a monster! The lights inside the grill and in the storage area are awesome. I cook late often and never realized how helpful they would be. Highly recommend!!!

I have had the Prestige Pro 500 for 3 months now. It is well-designed for serious gas grillers. It is a solid grill with well-thought out features. I recommend it to my friends.
I would have given it 5 stars except for the casters. One of them has given out on me twice already due to inferior plastic material on the seat that houses the casters. Tant pis pour Napoleon.

I now have had this bbq for about 2 months and simply can't say enough...it is awesome!! From the moment I picked it up...customer service guys were great and very careful putting into my SUV. The build was pretty straight forward and had no difficulty...just follow the instruction! I now have used all of the bbq from the searer to the rotisserie and the grill itself. The option having the dials light up is great and the interior lights when bbq'ing at night is another must have option.

I recently bought a napoleon prestige 500. It is my first bbq grill and I’m happy to say it’s worth every penny. Extremely durable, has many functions and cooks food just like you imagined! I’ve seen my friends cook the same food in 10-15 mins more time on other grills. Not only does it reduce cooking time/provides just the rite heat, it also has a very nice design which makes the appearance of the grill really good. I would definitely recommend the napoleon prestige 500 to anyone - worth every penny!
