I purchased my pro 500 about 4 years ago, and use it almost daily year round, it performs with absolute perfection every time! I have cooked everything from seafood, to an 18 lb. Turkey on the rotisserie, this grill is a beast!

I love everything about this grill. It does the basic stuff really well (i.e. starts up instantly, preheats rapidly, burns really hot, excellent range of temperature control, holds heat really well, no hot or cold spots).. It also has a lot of nice to have features that I have learned to love. The lighted knobs that change color to red when they are on are a great safety feature. The internal lights are surprisingly helpful when grilling at night, and even the logo projected on the floor (which I thought was a gimmick) is quite functional as it helps light up the area in front of the grill at night... It is built like a tank with very high quality material. The single piece aluminum firebox is build to last a lifetime and the warranty is fantastic... The infra red side burner is amazing for searing steak to perfection and the optional rotisserie basket is great for making wings without supervision (just toss them in and come back 1.5 hour later to perfectly crisp and delicious wings)...
I BBQ every day of the year and have used many different gas grills and charcoal grills. This one is the best I have ever used, by far. I have yet to find one flaw. You will not be disappointed.
