Just cooked a pork butt roast on the Rotisserie - used remote temp monitoring to get to 165 - wanted more roast than shredded BBQ which I would have cooked to 210. after wrapping in foil for 1 hour it was moist and delicious. Used my favorite pork rub. Rotisserie was easy set up and easy clean up. Loved the balancing gar to ensure even turning. Also use the smoking attachment to add apple wood flavor

It is a nice bbq and function pretty good so far. The only thing why i put 4 stars us when ireceived it abd out it together, my 2 doors were scatched ( Got 2 new) and the vertical peuce that hokd the shel inside the backet were not at the same height as the other side, so my selves were crooked. But i got a bew one also. I enjoyit so far as I said. It seems thatI cannot add photos, the next stoes stay faded and cannot click on it other than Submit.

Prestige PRO 500 is very well engineered. The components appear to be high quality and durable. Packaging was excellent and showed no signs of damage. Assembly was straightforward, but was delayed by a component that was bent significantly preventing proper alignment. I could not get a human being on the phone so I filled out an online request and received replacement parts 14 days later. The wire harness to the side table sear burner was misrouted preventing it from reaching its connector, but routing was easily corrected. The holes for machine screws holding bottle opener to inside of door were not tapped therefore screws would not grab. Tapped the holes and installed bottle opener.
Everything worked as advertised once assembled. Components are solid and the issues I encountered were related to production and quality assurance.
This is a solid unit and I am very pleased with its performance.

It’s my 2nd Pro 500 grill, the sear zone is a game changer for grilling steak, I can sear it then place it on the grill to finish off to my liking. I would definitely recommend Napoleon grills for anyone that looking for top quality bbqs, they aren’t cheap and the quality shows.
