Fantastic grill, awesome ignition!

I've had this grill for over a year. I have one complaint only, the sear burner comes with a cast iron grate. I ended up buying the napoleon stainless steel one instead.
Other than that, grill is fantastic, its looks beautiful on my deck. I have never had any issues lighting it as the jetfire burners light up immediately. Napoleons customer service is spectacular. If there is ever any issues, rest assured they will take care of you.
This thing is built of great components, feels sturdy and durable. Clean your grill regularly and take care of it and it will last you for many years to come.

I bought this grill two seasons ago now and it still performs and functions like the day I bought it. Love the grill and the sear station side burner is excellent. I have also used the rotisserie many times for whole chickens and roasts and it is silent and works great

The bbq is amazing but I had to call customer service because the receptacle box was missing and both cabinet doors were marked /stained and would not come off.

The perfect bbq

My wife and I purchased our Prestige Pro over 10 years ago and it still performs and looks like like new. This bbq is simply the best and most well-rounded bbq I have ever used to date. This was a birthday present from my wife for my 55 th birthday! It has been the best grill I have ever owned. Cooks food to perfection. So easy to use. Love Infra Red searing. Rotisserie works amazing. Easy to keep clean. Would recommend this product to anyone serious about BBQ Grilling.

Best Grill Ever!

I bought this grill in early 2020 to replace another hi-end grill (that failed to live up to expectations) and have used it extensively ever since. The assembly was straightforward and quality is top notch. Since then I have run an estimated 40-50 bottles of LP throught it without one single issue. To this day, everything still works as it did on day one. The only knock I have is the size of the infrared side burner a it's a bit smaller than I would have liked. Other than that, this is by far the best gas grill I have ever owned!!
