Fantastic grill!

This review is for the previous version of this grill, the PT450RB. This grill has stood the test of time. I've had it for over a decade. It's dependable and well built. I added the infrared side burner and absolutely love it. Napoleon customer service is incredible if you have any questions or need spare parts.

I purchased this grill a little over a year ago. The grill is wonderful, except for the infrared side burner great. I've seasoned it over and over, but it still ends up getting rusty. Probably because it gets very hot from the infrared burner that all the seasoning get burned off it. In my opinion it should be either Stainless or or porcelain coated.. otherwise the grill is wonderful.

That Extra Touch

Upon purchasing this grill the first thing that struck me was all of the features. Other high end grills may offer these same accessories but at additional costs. Just having the Rotisserie, Sear-burner and futuristic lighting straight out of the box made me feel like a kid again.

The finest grill I have had the pleasure to use. If you are looking for a quality grill that will provide you years of reliable service, this is the one. My favorite feature is the infrared sizzle zone side burner for those restaurant quality steaks.

This is fantastic! I’ve always had much cheaper grills that did subpar performance, so they were basically for burgers, brats…..not fancy stuff. We got ours the Friday before Thanksgiving 2022 and my wife suggested we smoke a 14# turkey on it for the big day. I thought we would start out small with burgers and work our way up. Well, we got the grill together and got the bird on the rotisserie (we did the bourbon glazed one from recipe book) and fired up the grill. Once I got the grill to the right temp, it stayed spot on for the next 4 hrs. The rotisserie worked like a charm and the turkey came out golden brown and tasted phenomenal! Definitely going to be doing more interesting grilling instead of burgers from now on.

The grills made by Napoleon are by far the best offered grill for your invested dollar.
Mine is 10 years old and we use it at least once and sometimes twice a week, year round. Every year I find new ways to utilize our grill.
Not only is the grill well built, but the couple of times I have called their hot line for a part or some needed advice, the Napoleon team has never let me down. In fact one time they actually saved me some money by offering another solution to my problem.
We are getting closer to making a new investment in a smaller grill as our family is now not as large with the kids moving out.
In researching the new grill options, I stumbled across this opportunity to share with others.
