Best Grill I have ever purchaed

I bought the Prestige Pro 500 RSIB grill in 2011. It is by far the best grill that I have ever purchased. The grill has performed flawlessly since I purchased it. The heat across the entire grill surface is even and consistent. The quality of the grill is excellent. All of the previous grills that I have owned I had to replace the burners within the first couple of years and more frequently after because of the quality of the replacement parts. To date the only part I have had to replace is the wire mesh over the infrared burner. If you want an excellent quality grill that is well built that will last, I would highly recommend this grill.

Starting my 2nd year with this sweetheart, great heat, heat stays contained in vessel, making temp control a breeze. Accessory list could go on and on, I have the heavy duty cover, a must here in the upper Midwest. easy to clean up, all shelves and trays are in and out, wipe clean and ready for the next meal, My only regret was not getting the lighted grill for nighttime grilling.

I love this BBQ!

A BBQ was the first thing we bought when we purchased our home. With COVID in full swing, outdoor hangouts was the safest bet. We put this to the test over the Summer and were thoroughly impressed. The light up knobs are bright, and I like how they turn red when the burner is left on the easily identify that a burner was still on. The ice bucket on the right panel is nice to have on a hot summer day, and the quality of the steel is incredible. Easy to assemble, gets hot quickly, and doesn't burn unevenly. I like that the burners are angled so they are lower at the back. This way if a steak looks more ready than others, you can rotate to the back to keep warm while others finish up. Napoleon honestly thought of everything here, and better yet, it's Canadian-made!

One of the best grills I have had

This grill looks like new after years of use.. cooks well , even heat.. and the quality remain strong.. some spots on the stainless steel doors that need to figure out where it came from. But the performance still the same.
