Pro 500 Series made it through Hurricane Ian

We live in Fort Myers Beach and were hit hard by hurricane Ian. When we made it back to our house, I found my Napoleon Prestige 500 had tumbled multiple times. While the BBQ had missing parts and a few dents, it fired up! The Napoleon team has also been amazing throughout our rebuild process and sent us a few gifts that we use everyday! I will forever be a Napoleon customer :)

Worth every penny

I received this grill as a Father’s Day gift from my family. I love the stainless steel throughout the bbq, and how even it heats up. The deflectors do an amazing job at minimizing flare ups. I’ve noticed that the ability to maintain a consistent heat from the temperature gauge readings is really easy. Add the rotisserie and the sear station aka the sizzle zone, and you’ve got a one stop grilling machine!

Amazing grill

I was tired of buying box store grills over and over. I wanted something that would last and have a good warranty and this is it! Spend the extra money and buy this grill. It cooks great and the sear burner works perfectly. I've only had one issue and the warranty dept took care of that right away. I recommend the brand to everyone I know.

This bbq works amazing. The cast iron infrared side burner is amazing for steaks, holds it heat great, overall very pleased with this bbq.
