Best barbecue ever

We love our prestige pro 500. Super cool lights in the night and you can change the colors. We use it year round and the quality is amazing. The back burner is a great add on and so is the side burner. We deep fry on the side burner with a cast iron Dutch oven and it's amazing. Love love love it

Best grill ever on which I pamper my steaks

I bought this grill 2 years ago, replacing one of my last grills that could never make me happy. Neither with the material quality, nor with the assembly instructions, nor with the performance of the burner and thus the quality of the meat. The Prestige Pro as a grill is the best I can expect from such and it shows me this again and again in the result.

Best Grill Ever

I bought a Prestige Pro 500 on Black Friday so I’ve had it for a couple months now. The grill is outstanding and I can confidently say it is the best grill I have ever owned. I’ve probably made at least one rotisserie chicken per week since I bought it. The sizzle zone is awesome. Since my backyard is near a big road I get a lot of wind back there, so I bought the windshield for the sizzle zone. That helped keep temps up high during cold and windy weather. The lights are a nice feature on the grill too

Great BBQ!

We purchased our second NG Napoleon BBQ in August after having our first one for almost a decade and are very pleased with this BBQ. After doing some research on Napoleon BBQ’s and other BBQ’s we decided that a Napoleon BBQ was the best one for us. We winter in Florida and just recently purchased the same BBQ for our Florida home. We were quite surprised when we started to research BBQ’s in Florida that you could purchase a CDN made BBQ in the USA. We purchased it from a local dealer and could more pleased with our new BBQ. We have a happy griller on both sides of the border!

Great product-last 10 years

I bought the previous generation, the 450. I’ve owned it for 10 years with a few small issues, the ignition switch has been replaced about 3 times in the 10 years. It was weather related and the dealer replaced / covered the cost twice.
Now that it is 10 years old some of the parts are rotting through. I have contacted the dealer and they have all the replacement parts needed. It is great to be able get the required parts.
The barbecue has been used all four seasons and has had no major issues starting or heating up. It has performed the same from day one.
When the time comes I will definitely purchase another Napoleon.
