Best grill yet. Napoleon delivers what they promise!

We bought this grill on a whim as we were needing to replace an older grill. We had never heard of Napoleon grills prior to speaking with the sales representative but after speaking with him and checking out the features we decided to go for it. We were pleased with our previous grill but in all honesty we didn’t know what we were missing until we used our Napoleon grill for the first time. Planning to enjoy it for many years to come. I purchased my prestige pro about 3 years ago now. It replaced 3 former cooking appliances. I took a smoker a gas grill and a charcoal grill out of service and replaced all with one prestige pro. Best move I have ever made. Will be purchasing another for our recreational property.

Excellent features, and high end pieces such as grill surfaces are impressive. Features are great. I found self assembly to be kind of difficult, based on directions - but videos are available that are helpful. Probably would have ordered assembled in knew better. Anxious to test this grill out asap.

Wir kauften ihn im Dezember 2022 und bauten ihn wenige Tage später auf, um ihn auszuprobieren. Wir sind vollkommen zufrieden, die Roste sind genial. Er löst nun unseren treuen, alten Napoleon Grill ab.

Best BBQ Ever

I bought this BBQ as my previous Jackson grill was on its way out the door. I am so happy I bought this particular BBQ as I have been able to make more room on my deck by getting rid of my Smoker as well as my Charcoal Grill as I no longer need them as this BBQ does it all. From the Charcoal pan , smoker box and rotisserie basket, I barely cook inside anymore. So Happy. Highly reccomend this product
