Well I finally did it. I made the decision to go from charcoal to propane and when doing my research I fell into a black hole of upsells. “For just this little bit more you can get…” all of you consumers know exactly what I’m talking about. Well this is where I landed. The Prestige PRO 500. I cannot begin to tell you how worth every upsell was. I mean this thing has it all. Internal lights cause I can never start grilling on time if you know what I mean. The external lights that keep me from stubbing my toes. The seer zone is the greatest. The over all quality of the materials just kicks the crap out of anybody else out there. I absolutely love this thing and have bragged and shown it off to many many people. My grill has become the envy of friends and family alike. People have asked to come over just to grill their own food. And to have the ability to use a smoke box over the burner is absolute clutch. In fact the amount of different accessories that Napoleon offers is incredible. Whenever I need to replace which I doubt will be anytime soon since the durability of this thing is crazy I will definitely buy another one.

Wow that is hands down best bbq. We only have had napoleon bbq. My brother needed a new bbq and we talked him into a napoleon. That's how good they are. And no one makes a juicy rotisserie chicken then a napoleon bbq-er

Have had this bbq for just over a year and love it, great heat distribution and build quality. We always get compliments of the look and lights. Having the gas knobs change colour when on is very helpful. Will never buy another brand if I ever have to replace.

We’ve only had this grill a short time, and it has performed beautifully. It is a handsome addition to our covered porch. We also appreciate the longer warranty since we grill multiple times a week year round.

I bought my Napoleon Prestige Pro just over a year ago. Extremely please with it's performance...blows my previous barbecue away (Jackson Grill) although it did last 21 years.
