The best. That's all there is to it. Heavy duty grill, double walled hood are features i love. Hood keeps heat constant. Grills add excellent sear to all meats. The lighted controls are a feature I appreciate as red means burner still on! Add the slide.out shelf holding the propane tank is a real bonus...easy to change tanks.
But the fact that it holds the temperature constant is my favorite feature. When you are using the rotisserie, consistent temperature makes cooking a breeze. You let the BBQ do the work.
And the interior lights, and the sear side burner and soft close doors...list goes on and on....

This is my second Napoleon Grill. Over the past years I have grown to absolutely LOVE this thing! From using the rotisserie for everything from shrimp (in baskets) to chickens, to the searing burner for finishing steaks and charring peppers, to long slow cooks for ribs, this thing is a beast (said in the best possible way). Reliable, easy to clean and maintain and stylish, my Napoleon occupies a central spot of prominent honor on my back deck. Makes every other grill I have owned a "wanna be".

Seems to work well. Looks great. The base is a little flimsy. If the patio is not perfectly level the base flexes and the doors will not lineup square. I had to add shims between the castors and the base to get the doors squared up. So it looks great in its place but if I move it a little the doors misaligned

I had my previous Bar-B-Q for over 25 years and loved it. When it was time for a new one it was either going to be a Napoleon or another major brand. I thought the Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 had more features than the other unit but what really tilted it towards Napoleon was that it was made right here in CANADA. The unit is incredible and I am very glad on my decision.

Only used twice so far. Purchased last month. The rotisserie worked great. Just use the burners and side burner, both worked well. Just have to get use to them. Only problem I had was the instructions to put the unit together. They really should be clearer
