Hi Rich, thank you for sharing your feedback with us on the PRO500RSIBPSS-3. This unit has a drip pan which pulls out from the front, and is close to the entire size of the base of the unit, which expands across all the burners. Then underneath the drip pan is the grease tray. We are not sure if you are disappointed with the drip pan or the grease trays. The drip pan cannot be any bigger than it is. We're excited and very pleased with our new Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 stainless steel natural gas grill! It's easy to use, consistent and even heat and cooking, is solid, simple to maintain, and is GORGEOUS. Ours is on a cart on our deck. The cart (also solid) rolls easily and stores our accessories and tools nicely. The searing and rotisserie burners are also both very cool and easy to use, giving us great outcomes. We're looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this product.
