Nice grill, nice features, cooks well,inside lighting is an huge plus.
Negatives - the light does Not turn off after 15 mins of no motion as stated in the manual and getting accessories like the aluminum larger drip pan for the grill to drip into the trays is a joke, 2-3 months lead time.

Great, except for casters

I have owned the grill for ~3 months. So far, so good. Only issue I have is that the casters supplied with the Prestige Pro 500 are designed to roll on perfectly smooth floors only. For some reason, the casters have a design that has a plastic , fixed element that is <¼ inch from the base of the wheels. Therefor, if the base of the wheel hits a nominal dip in the surface, the plastic piece gouges into the surface. This happens on wooden decks (think nominal spacing between deck boards) and my flagstone paver patio (due to natural irregularities in the stone surface. Really frustrating when attempting to wheel the grill from spot to spot. If you have a concrete or other flat surface, you should not have any problems. Otherwise, happy with the grill - pricey, but good.

Beautiful Grill, Looks Nice and Cooks Well! Was thinking of buying a built in, but then decided to save a little and get just what I wanted for a little less. There are a lot more accessories included with this unit than I will ever use, but good to know they are available. I have the NG model and starts up just fine, the light show with the control knobs is an added bonus, but if you are going to use the factory accessory cover and cover the grill daily, you cannot leave the light show on as it will run all the time and never shut off. But its fun to show off for your friends when you are using the grill.

This is my second Napoleon BBQ - and it is worth every penny! Great performance from the regular grills and the sizzle zone. Combined with the lighting of the control knobs and well lit grilling area, this bbq is a winner!
