Great looking Barbecue

Just purchased a Prestige 500 and it seems to be a well built barbecue. It certainly is an attractive addition to our deck.
For the price of this barbecue I wish that Napoleon had created a separate manual for tis model. I found the manual somewhat confusing at points.

I love how it looks but the build quality is not great based on my experience. 3 months in and the lights don’t work, shaky top and very delicate. I submitted a claim and it’s 5 days and no follow up.

I really like the grill overall. It was an infrared side burner that works great for searing meat. The rotisserie is awesome and super easy to use. The main grill surface area is quite large and the thick stainless grill grates make cooking super easy and efficient. The only problem I have with MY grill is that the lid handle gets very hot when cooking with the lid open. To me, this seems like a significant safety issue. I’ve had other well know high end grills and I’ve never experienced a hot lid handle before.
