I really like the heavy construction of the flame tamers and burner tubes. With the double layered lid , the grill stays hotter in cooler weather. The ignition system works quickly. I’m pleased so far.

Great grill, assembly instructions not so!

Great grill, but assembly instructions are horrible! Even Napoleon's assembly video doesn't help! The assembly booklet pictures are dark & indistinguishable. It's extremely difficult to make out slots, screw usage, etc. Even the published bolt/screw count isn't correct for a 500 series grill!

Wow! Loving the Pro. Built to last and cooking on it is great compared to the big box store bbq grill we had previously. You feel the quality. I love the built in lights- I didn’t know I needed and the stainless steel grates are easy to clean, too. We look forward to the years of use we will be cooking on it. This is my 2nd Napolean Grill. It is a great grill. I have not got to cook with the new grill yet. It had a couple dented parts that Napolean has replaced. Great customer service. Nothing wrong with old grill after 7 years I just wanted the upgrade.
