This massager did not get deep enough into my back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck and back massager heated up quickly and vibrated, but did not "massage" my back at all. It needs a roller inside that goes up and down to get into my back and neck. It only has two programs, which neither I like. I think it's deceiving to call it a massager. It should be called a heated neck and back vibrating wrap. It also is very inconvient that is uses a plug, so you cannot move around with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this free to try but my opinion is my own. I loved how easy this was to pull out of the box and use. It’s lightweight not heavy and I love the heat option!!! It has options for massage and the heat makes it better in my opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Spinal Stenosis and a herniated disc in my neck so when I'm hurting I take the Wahl Vibrating Neck & Back Wrap Heat Massage after 2 minutes of using it my nevk and back feel do much better! I love this wrap I'm glad I got the opportunity to get it and use it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product. Its soft and comfortable. There are 2 settings to choose from which is nice. It comes with handles for "preferred pressure" however I couldn't really feel a difference anywhere other than where it was around my neck when I pulled down. Other than that its a nice little massager

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for when you just finish working out shoulders or to relieve everyday tension. The heating part does not get too hot but it's ok. The massage features really helps get out those aches and pains. The controls are easy to figure out there's a power button, a wavy button to turn heat on and off, and a button to make it vibrate different speeds. I also really like the hand grips to get more pressure in problem spots. For the price this is a great massager.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so thrilled with the Wahl Heated Neck & Back Massager, Vibrating Massage Wrap! I have fibromyalgia and have pain in my upper back everyday, and I never thought I'd find something that would help relieve some of the pain, but I sure did with this product. It provides different settings so you can adjust it to where you feel comfortable with the massahpge. And to add more of the WOW factor, the heat it puts out, makes it more relaxing. It also has 2 handles you can pull on if you want to make it tighter on your back. I use this 2 to 3 times a day, and my husband also uses it 2 times a day. This product is absolutely awesome!!

Really liked the separate plug in to the unit, find it as a good safety issue. Loved the way the heat radiates, hitting all the right spots. I didn't like not being able to shut off the massage unit. Overall, it's a fine product that does help to relax my neck and back.
