[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have herniated discs in my neck and the Wahl Vibrating Heat Neck & Back Wrap helps tremendously. It fits comfortably around my shoulders and neck. You can turn the heat feature on and off. It has multiple programs to change the massage pattern. It really helps with sore muscles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Wahl heated neck and back massager is a great product. It works great for my stiff shoulders when I cannot massage it myself. I wrap this around my shoulders and use the handles to adjust it securely. It has a heat and vibrating function that really does wonders to loosen me up. I recommend this product!

It has a heat setting, which definitely helped out on making the product absolutely the best thing ever. You can put a little pressure when you pull on it a shown in picture. The massager works excellent.

I feel like it's scrambling my brain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this product, but that motor is so strong that it makes my brain feel scrambled. I really enjoy a nice, firm massage, but unfortunately this is far from that. It's just an unnecessarily forceful shake that makes me dizzy. I did not like the lack of levels to adjust the strength nor did I like that you can only use the heat with the massage on. If I could use the heat without the massage I probably would have given this at least 3 stars. I do like the fit of the product over my shoulders, but I don't know that the handles are necessary - the vibration is so strong (in an uncomfortable way) that I can't see anyone wanting to pull it closer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the idea of the Wall Heated Neck & Back Massager. The coverage of the shoulders is great. Construction is high quality. I was never able to turn just the heat on, which is a negative. The massager worked well. Overall I would really like the wrap if the heater could be on all by itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great massager. It has two different settings. It also has heat. It wraps around your neck and sits on it well. It’s very soft and not stiff like most. It has grips at the end. it works really well. I do wish it had more settings but as for the settings that it does have they are wonderful.
